Pork, the other white meat!

So I was inspired by watching the food network, surprised? I am not, many great ideas and inspirations have come from that devil of a network. I was watching Alton Brown and he was talking about Pork being lean and more flavorful than chicken. Boy was he right. I made a great pork chop with orange glaze, all natural and all very low in fat but high in flavor! What other ways has people used pork, not just bacon. Let me know some of the creative ideas!
